The rainbow plumeria is probably the most beautiful of all plumeria varieties. It is a fragrant flower and in Hawaii, it is used to make stunning leis. We give leis for birthdays, for graduation, to welcome a loved one, to honor someone, and the list goes on... It is a beautiful tradition!!
