Artist's Description
This tropical paradise can be found on the west side of the island of Kauai. If you're a surfer, then you've probably tried surfing Pakalas Beach which is near Makaweli Camp where I got the inspiration for this painting while taking a long hike on the beach with my good friend.
About Marionette Taboniar
Marionette's art is featured in the new NETFLIX movie "Finding 'Ohana" and in season 2 of the new Magnum PI. Her paintings can be found at the Koloa Landing Resort in Poipu and in public and private collections throughout the world. Her painting "Ti Leaves and Palm Trees" was featured in The Artists Magazine, and she has also created designs for Designs Studios Honolulu, Aunty Lilikoi, Kauai Coffee, Hawaiian Pineapple Company, Mele Kalikimaka Tshirts, and the cover of two short stories by author, Gregg Edwards Townsley.
