The story behind the painting: Much, much larger than the regular bird of paradise we normally see around the resorts, this giant bird�s leaves can reach up to twenty feet high. Its beak-like flowers are also humongous. Usually on display at one of Kauai�s many botanical gardens, this particular one was found at the gardens behind the Hawaiian Trading Post in Lawai, Kauai.

Marionette
